Job Summary:      Looking for a Help Desk Technician in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Offer technical assistance for questions as well as issues
  • Fix issues with software applications, hardware, networks as well as other ICT systems
  • Troubleshoot and conduct hardware repair as well as upgrades
  • Prepare reports to analyze common complaints as well as problems
  • Install or change software where necessary
  • Attend to user queries
  • Conduct any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • The applicant must have a relevant technical Degree with more than 2 years of experience in the same field
  • Must be an excellent Help desk technician with strong technical knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude required
  • Must have good knowledge in repair and maintenance of network or software applications
  • Must be patient with a customer oriented attitude
  • Strong problem solving skills
