Job Description

Org. Structure Design and development:Prepare functional charts for the respective business to be as reference to prepare the organizational structure.Design and validate the organization structures and recommend the changes based on the defined criteria to the respective functions based on latest methods and techniques. Align the designed organizational structure with business plan. Prepare SWAT analysis of organizational structure per each respective function. Highlight the impact on current business processes with organizational structure and align it with concerned party. Compare the current organizational structure internally and externally to reach the best setup and eliminate the gabs to respective functions in different divisions. Align the organizational structure with business model.Org Structure Implementation: Utilize the OD modules of ERP systems to maximize their usage. Ensure the accuracy of OD Master Data to facilitate the respective business with their operations. Update the last approved organizational structure in terms of (reporting line, organization units, hierarchy, cost center, job titles, position grades…etc.).Design and maintain OD reports and Dashboards for easily accessible information to the respective business.Monitoring the deviations through the system and providing regularly progress reports of any type of corrective and preventive actions.Job Description Design and Development:Developing, updating, and monitoring the job descriptions contents using SuccessFactors Job Profile Builder.Monitoring the Job titles catalogs to reach best setup of structure, roles, specialization, names…etc. Conducting Job analysis to highlight the gabs of duties and responsibilities and propose multi scenarios to eliminate those gaps in different job functions. Conducting job evaluation based on defined criteria to respective business functions to reflect the job weight in the organization structure.Preparing the competencies catalogs (behavioral, technical, and functional) for different job functions. Preparing the skill catalogs (general and technical) for different job functions. HR Proficiency:Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the jobTo have a vision and a plan for the career path and how to achieve it.Delivery: Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.Problem-Solving:Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.Quality: Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.Business Process Improvements: Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.Compliance:Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.Health, Safety, and Environment: Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
