Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree/Diploma in Secretarial Studies or its equivalent
  • The applicant must have proven work experience working as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in a contracting company
  • Excellent multitasking and time management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Expertise in Ms Office suite with excellent typing skills
  • Should be organized and a good time manager
  • Filipino candidates are required
